Aqueous based cleaning agent designed for spray and wipe cleaning of solder reflow ovens, wave soldering machines and stencil printing machines used in the electronics industry assembly

Characteristics ;

PPE equipment and accessories are required for handling and using the solvent - please refer to labeling safety requirements.

1. Concentration for application: must be used as delivered.

2. Processing temperature: ambient temperatures.

3. Ultrasonic treatment: Compatible when used in immersion with an ultrasonic cleaner.

4. Processing time: Depends on the part to be cleaned and the nature of the parts treated. Minimum 10 to 15 minutes - For excessive or sticky dirt, more time should be needed.

5. Rinsing: Rinse with water to avoid the presence of white residues. This residue is the Non-Volatile Residue.

6. If all the dirt has not been cleaned up after the process, start over from step one.

It is advisable to test the product on a small area before first use to ensure that it will not damage the surface of the treated part.

STORAGE: in the original container at temperatures between 5-50 ° C - Indoors in a dark, dry area in a sealed container

SHELF LIFE: Up to 5 years in original sealed packaging if storage requirements are met

HANDLING: Refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and labeling regarding safe handling practices with this product. In all cases, wear nitrile gloves, safety glasses, or eye protection when handling chemicals.
